bottle lager beer

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 
parsley and lemon garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the Copper Chef pan on medium heat for 1 minutes.
  2. Add in the oil, chorizo and onions, cook for 3-4 min
  3. Next add in the remaining ingredients. Pour in the beer, and stir.
  4. Cover and cook for 15-20 min until all the shellfish have opened up
  5. When all the shellfish are open garnish with parsley.
  6. Squeeze lemon wedge and Enjoy.
