cream cheese (microwaved until very soft)

maple syrup

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Make the bread. 3. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking powder and baking soda. 4. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, egg, sugar, brown sugar and pumpkin puree. 5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix to combine. 6. Transfer the batter to a Copper Loaf Pan. 7. Bake for 1 hour. 8. Cool 15 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack. 9. Cool completely. 10. Meanwhile, make the glaze. 11. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. 12. Drizzle the glaze over the loaf
